About the Exhibition
An exhibition themed on the fear within us — the anxiety we feel toward sharp points, enclosed spaces, watching eyes, and more. Where does fear come from? Why does unease creep in when nothing is actually wrong? Each work invites you to face the fear inside you that has no name.

Tickets will be sold on this site. Once the on-sale date is announced, you can purchase e-tickets right here. On-sale announcements will be posted first on this page and on our official social media.

- Tickets are electronic. After purchase you will receive a confirmation email; show your QR code at the entrance on the day of your visit.
- Admission is valid only for the date and time slot on your ticket. Everyone in your party must enter together with the ticket holder.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred to third parties.
- Refund and exchange policies will be published before tickets go on sale.

Tickets & E-Tickets
How do I show my e-ticket at the entrance?
After your purchase, a confirmation email with your e-ticket is sent to your inbox. On the day of your visit, open the link in the email and show the QR code on your phone; staff will scan it at the entrance.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
No. If you have a smartphone, simply show the QR code from your confirmation email at the entrance.
Can I still use an online ticket without a smartphone?
Yes. Purchase on a computer and print your e-ticket, then show the printed ticket at the entrance. If printing isn't possible and slots remain, same-day tickets may be available at the venue counter (subject to on-site announcements).
I bought several tickets on one phone. Can we split them and enter separately?
Yes. Each ticket has its own QR code, and the system issues one per ticket purchased. To enter separately, share the corresponding QR code screens or screenshots with your companions in advance. Tickets may only be used by the purchaser and their companions; resale or for-profit transfer is prohibited.
Where can I check my purchased tickets?
Check the confirmation email sent after purchase, which contains your e-ticket QR code. If you can't find it, verify the email address you entered and check your spam folder. Please do not forward or share your QR code.
I didn't receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
If the confirmation email hasn't arrived, please check the following in order:
- It was sorted into another folder: check Spam, Promotions, and similar folders.
- It was blocked: make sure your inbox accepts mail from info@saltsweeet.io, and consider adding it to your contacts.
- The email address was mistyped: if the address entered at checkout is incorrect, the email cannot be delivered.
Even without the email, your order may still have gone through. On the day of your visit, give staff the email address you used at checkout and they can look up your order and let you in.
My phone died on the way to the venue. Can I still enter?
Unfortunately, entry requires showing the QR code on your e-ticket. We recommend checking your battery before leaving, or saving a screenshot of your ticket in advance.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are securely encrypted. JCB is currently not supported.
Are same-day tickets available?
Only when slots remain on the day. They can be purchased at the venue or online; check the ticket page for real-time availability.
Will more tickets be released for sold-out dates?
Cancellations may free up a small number of same-day tickets, without prior notice. Check the purchase page for current availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancellations and refunds can't be processed on the ticket site itself. If you need to cancel for a special reason, email info@saltsweeet.io with the details and the email address used at checkout, or register with staff at the venue on the day. The organizer will assist case by case.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
No. Purchased tickets cannot be changed to another date or time slot.
Can I cancel only some of multiple tickets?
Please refer to “How do I cancel or get a refund?” above.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within about 7–10 business days of confirmation, possibly longer around holidays. Your card may first show the original charge; the refund is then returned to the same card according to your card issuer's schedule.
What about the QR code of a canceled ticket?
Do not use it — it is void. If a canceled ticket's QR code turns out to have been used, no refund can be issued.
